Our guests are our priority. For more information about our preventive measures to combat Coronavirus, consult FAQs regarding the implementation of our Purely Palace program at our all-inclusive resorts. This way, you can travel to each of our destinations with peace of mind.

Our all-inclusive resortsare currently open with the new Purely Palace preventive measures in place.

For all previously existing and new reservations at any of our properties with a travel date before December 20, 2021, you are able to modify the date of your reservation to any alternative date between now until December 20, 2021. All penalties associated with date changes to these reservations are waivered. This also applies to non-refundable reservations.

Due to the current circumstances, if your reservation is made under a rate plan which specifies that refunds are permitted, please allow up to 60 days for the refund to be processed.

Our new program, Purely Palace has been implemented to go beyond the already stringent health and safety measures, with more than 250 preventive actions in place.

The use of face masks by guests is mandatory in all common areas inside the resort. Face masks are provided in rooms.

Specific health protocols will be activated immediately if a guest shows symptoms of COVID-19, including medical consultation and follow-up and isolation.

The majority of restaurants are open at our all inclusive resorts.

Bars and night clubs are open on specified days at our luxury resorts with the corresponding Purely Palace preventive measures in place.

A normal program of leisure and entertainment activities is available at our all inclusive resorts, with maximum capacity permitted for each activity and the corresponding Purely Palace preventive measures in place.

The maximum number of guests per room depends on the room category booked and is specified in the description of each room on our websites.

The health and safety measures in place at our resorts are in compliance with strict local government regulations, and any breach thereof would be subject to local jurisdiction.

You can find various labs that have been approved by regulatory organizations that offer PCR testing in different languages. Your concierge or front desk will be more than happy to arrange such services to be carried out at the resort as these are not included with your stay.

I was hesitant to book because there are so many alli-nclusives in Cozumel that offer similar amenities at a lesser price. The price differential was well worth it! Our first room was on the third floor with an obstructed view of the horizon.

Back with Friends

After 15 months away, it was nice to be back at Palace. As our USA transfer pulled into Palace, we were met by Bellmen Manuel, Marco, Luis, Carlin, and Leonardo. After temperature check and shoe wipe, we were registered in by Carmen. She informed us of the new regulations in wearing masks in the dinning rooms and also moving around resort.
