Find answers to questions regarding your booking or the cancellation process at our all-inclusive resorts, such as upgrades, special requests, restaurant, and spa reservations.

You may request an upgrade on a previously booked room at any time prior to your arrival by contacting our vacation specialists or your travel agent, who can provide you with details on the price difference and process for the applicable payment. You can also inquire about an upgrade when you check in. Upgrades are subject to availability.

You may request a reservation quote by using our live chat platform on our websites, by dialling the number indicated at the top of the screen, or through an authorized travel agent.

Special requests regarding the location of your room can be made when making your reservation. When making your booking online you can fill in the "Special Requests" field, otherwise such requests can be made by speaking to our vacation specialists over the phone, or to your travel agent. All requests are subject to availability and/or any restrictions which may apply.

The all-inclusive rate at all our resorts includes tax.

The telephone number for Interval Members from the USA and Canada is 1-800-828-8200. For members from Mexico, the number is: 55-5627-7300. From other countries the number is: 1-800-INTERVAL. For more information on all-inclusive rates booked through Interval International, please dial 1-305-925-3094. As an Interval International member you have access to exclusive rates.

In order to use a certificate or complimentary stay, please make your reservation at least two months in advance, by calling our vacation specialists and providing the certificate number or code.

Transportation is not included on reservations at Palace Resorts or Le Blanc Spa Resorts properties made through third parties. For more information please check with your travel agent or the third party through which you made your booking.

Dinner reservations can be made using the Palace Resorts or Le Blanc Spa Resorts App, through your concierge, or by contacting the restaurant directly.

Spa reservations can be made using the Palace Resorts or Le Blanc Spa Resorts App, through your concierge, or by contacting the Spa directly.

Our cancellation policy stipulates that during regular seasons and unless your reservation stipulates otherwise, you may cancel up to four (4) days, at the latest, prior to the arrival date on your reservation. Any later than this will incur a penalty of a one (1) night stay. For reservations during special seasons such as Easter and Christmas, you may cancel up to 21 days prior to your arrival date. Any later than this will incur a penality of a three (3) night stay.

Guests staying at Moon Palace Cancun, Beach Palace, Sun Palace (couples-only), Playacar Palace, Cozumel Palace or Isla Mujeres (couples-only) have the added benefit of complimentary access to all-inclusive facilities at these 6 sister resorts. Access is not included to Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun and The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun, where it is necessary to purchase a day pass.

Guests staying at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun (adults-only) have complimentary access to the all-inclusive facilities of any of the abovementioned sister resorts and The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun.

Guests staying at The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun have complimentary access to the all-inclusive facilities of any of the abovementioned sister resorts. Not applicable for Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun (Adults only).

Transportation between resorts is not included.

For those who are not staying at any of our properties, a day pass can be purchased for most of our resorts, subject to availability and occupancy and a month in advance. At Moon Palace Jamaica, it is necessary to be invited by a guest who is staying at the resort in order to purchase a day pass.

Day passes are not available for Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos for the moment.

A Day Pass allows access from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the scheduled day.

Most Palace Resorts all-inclusive properties have the option of a Day Pass, subject to availability and certain restrictions.

Day passes are not available for Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos for the moment.

A Day Pass gives you access to the all-inclusive amenities, activities, restaurants, bars and attractions at the resort.

Payments are accepted by means of bank deposits or transfers, as well as Visa®, Mastercard® y American Express® payments. Please consult out vacation specialists for more information.

Dinner reservations can be made via the Palace Resorts or Le Blanc Spa Resorts App, by contacting the restaurant directly, or through your butler or concierge.

Certain restaurants require a reservation within Palace Resorts properties including: Oriental /Asian restaurants (for Teppanyaki and Hibachi tables); Moon Palace Cancun: Riviera Maya (Yucatecan) and Trattoria (Italian); The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun: JC Steakhouse, Le Château (French), Cielito Lindo (Contemporary Mexican) and Cusco (Peruvian); Playacar Palace: Lahna (Yucatecan), Lumiere at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun and Los Cabos. Most of the others simply require you show up with a healthy appetite.

Please note that golf is not available at Moon Palace Jamaica.

Reservations for travel dates between Jan. 4th, 2020 and Dec. 23rd, 2020 - For guests who check out prior to the check-out date on file, there will be a one-night penalty fee added to their bill.

Reservations for travel dates between Dec. 24th, 2020 and Jan. 3rd, 2021. - For guests who check out prior to the check-out date on file, there will be a three-night penalty fee added to their bill.

Reservations for travel dates between Jan. 4th, 2021 and Dec. 23rd, 2021. - For guests who check out prior to the check-out date on file, there will be a one-night penalty fee added to their bill.

Reservations for travel dates between Dec. 24th, 2021 and Jan. 3rd, 2022. - For guests who check out prior to the check-out date on file, there will be a three-night penalty fee added to their bill.

Reservations for travel dates between Jan. 4th, 2022 and Dec. 23rd, 2022. - For guests who check out prior to the check-out date on file, there will be a one-night penalty fee added to their bill.

• Where an early departure penalty is applied, the remaining balance will be reimbursed within 14-21 business days.

If you're booking your reservation through Interval International, an additional fee applies in order to access our all-inclusive features which include unlimited dining in any of our restaurants, 24-hour room service, premium drinks and more signature services and amenities. For information about all- inclusive fees through Interval International, please dial 1-305-925-3094. As a member of Interval International you have exclusive rates.

To request cots/rollaway beds, please mention this when making your reservation, and verify this request on arrival at the property. Please note that such requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
