Entertaining culinary experience implements new chef and menu
This past July, Chef Angel Contreras launched a new menu for the Chef’s Dinner experience at Palace Resorts’ family-friendly property, Beach Palace. Featuring unique pairings such as Nikkei duck with grape and honey ginger emulsion and caramelized ﬁgs, grilled beef tenderloin with Portobello sauce, Sambuca shrimps and roasted potato over greens, and a decadent strawberry millefeuille with coffee liqueur and coconut ice cream, the Chef’s Dinner is an interactive and entertaining experience that allows friends and families to participate in the art of culinary excellence. Guests can make reservations through Palace Vacation Planners and may utilize their Resort Credits to purchase the upgraded Chef’s Dinner at Beach Palace. The Chef’s Dinner is available weekly and is priced at $99 per person.
