My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Isla Mujeres. Isla Palace is perfectly located by being a short cab ride away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but offers quiet and seclusion with 5-star service. On a day we decided to spend on the hotel beach, we found all kinds of sea life while standing in knee high water. Urchins, octopus and multitudes of fish. We also took a walk over to the east side of the island to observe fabulous sunrises that can't be accurately captured on film. The staff, especially Jose were outstanding and we definitely plan on returning.
We really enjoyed our honeymoon at the Aventura Spa Palace! It was by far the most relaxing experience we have ever had. The spa services far exceeded our expectations as that is not normally something we do at home. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating, even just how they would acknowledge you when you walk by. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Dear Cozumel Palace,
We spent 12 wonderful days at your incredible resort for our honeymoon 2 weeks ago. This was our first time traveling outside the country, and although we were nervous, the transfers to Cozumel Palace from the Cancun airport were well set up and allowed us to arrive without much difficulty.
Everything was as expected, our honeymoon cake and floral arrangement were beautiful, and the PR manager even made sure to call our room to check that we had settled in alright. Everyone on the Palace staff was helpful, but I have to say that by far the Palace Vacation Planners Edwin and Darwin went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. They helped us plan the perfect honeymoon filled with amazing trips and sightseeing, and even relaxing time at the spa. Darwin and Edwin were quick to suggest places on the island that might be of interest--including swimming with the dolphins at Dolphinaris.
By far, that was one of the most fun things we have ever done in our life! My wife and I enjoyed the special treatment we felt around the resort. We used our vacation dollars for a romantic dinner--by far one of the best meals we've ever enjoyed. The nightly turndown service and petit fours had my wife feeling like a celebrity.
The room service was always excellent, and all the wait staff was friendly and had great personalities. It was because of the excellent customer service and the above and beyond treatment by Edwin and Darwin, that my wife and I decided to buy into the Palace Premier vacation membership, and hope to enjoy Cozumel Palace again and again for years to come. Thank you for giving us the honeymoon of our dreams! See you next summer!
