Junior Suites
Cozumel Palace Junior Suites offer Ocean views, one king or two double beds accommodating up to four guests, a seating area, CHI bath amenities and a double Jacuzzi® with a separate glass enclosed shower. A room for the physically challenged as well as non-smoking guestrooms are available.
Concierge Level
Ocean view Concierge Level guest accommodations at Cozumel Palace offer all the luxurious amenities of Junior Suites as well as upgraded liquor brands of rum, tequila, whiskey and vodka.
Featuring one king sized bed, L’Occitane bath products, a double Jacuzzi® with a separate glass enclosed shower and an aromatherapy menu, guests in the Concierge Level will also enjoy two 25 minute back massages at the beach/spa treatment rooms.
Additional Concierge Level guestroom amenities are CHI-branded hair tools, a balcony with a hammock, beach bag, DVD and CD player, Espresso/American coffee maker, and Ipod dock. Enjoy 24-hour room with special menus, nightly petit fours, pillow menu, exclusive concierge phone service and private check-in and out, as well as early check-in and late check-out; subject to availability.
Concierge rooms accommodate two adults and are non-smoking.
Loft Suites
Along with the amenities of Junior Suites, Ocean view Loft Suites at Cozumel Palace feature a lower level bedroom with a king sized bed, an upper level bedroom with double beds and a balcony with a hammock.
Accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children, the Loft Suites feature a living room and seating area, high ceilings, rattan furniture and dark wood designer accents.
Presidential Suite
The sumptuous two-room Ocean view Presidential Suite offers one bedroom with a king sized bed and double Jacuzzi®, and a second bedroom with double beds and double Jacuzzi®.
This Cozumel Palace accommodation also features a balcony with hammock and a living room.
