Just stayed the week of March 28th and we had the best vacation ever. Your staff was fantastic treating my 17yr old daughter and her friend like adults. I just can’t say enough good things about the palace resorts I am in a nonstop brag mode. Thanks for the lasting memories. We will be back.

Stayed at Moon Palace in Riveria Maya.  Fabulous resort.  From check in through check out, it was all we had been told it would be.  Nice beach area, great pools, constant music and fun around the entire pool.  Restaurants were excellent.  Nice variety of foods offered, very tasty.  No waiting, casual to clean attire all that was necessary.  Everywhere we went within the resort, employees very friendly and accomodating.  Would have been nice to be able to buy at least one American newspaper somewhere, but none to be found all week long.  Rooms very nice and clean, housekeeping excellent, view wonderful.  No doubt we will return when time and money is right.  It was a "10" to us.  Thank you for everything.

Comment from our week

Thank you Beach Palace.  Although some people didn't appreciate the energy of the Columbian students on Spring Break the week we visited your resort, we thoroughly enjoyed watching the young people relish their week of freedom and felt your pool staff handled them with kind and skilled hands, keeping the students  busy and us entertained as we watched the finesse of the staff maintain order.  Please pass on our congratulations to them for a job well done!

We will visit again, despite the fact we heard it was your busiest week yet this season.  Everyone did a great job of making us feel special when we saw staff taking on double shifts, etc.

Spring Break 2010

Our Trip

First let me say this was one of the best vacations we have ever taken, not the most exciting but truly the most satisfying.  The resort is beautiful and well maintained, the staff was fantastic and extremely nice. As a family we've been all over Mexico, Isla Mujeres was a special place, quaint and scenic. I would go back again and again if I could.

Isla Mujeres

Our most recent stay at Isla Mujeres was wonderful. All of the staff were courteous , friendly and professional. Since our first vacation three years ago we are sold on Mexico and The Palace Resorts. Our waiter Diego was especially patient and outgoing with our daughters. We so appreciate the time he took when they were ordering their food. We had another great family vacation and will return. I'm trying to bring more people with me next time.

After the demise of Sky Service airlines we were stranded in Mexico where our tour operator moved us to the Moon Palace until our flights could be arranged home to Canada. The staff at your property treated us like royalty. The rooms were magnificent, the beach fantastic, the pools and beaches were unbelievable and I look forward to being able to explore your property on my next return visit to Mexico in the spring of 2010.

Cozumel Palace

We recently spent 3 weeks at the Palace Hotel in Cozumel.

It was one of our most enjoyable vacations.  We were given every courtesy from the moment we checked in until we left.  The staff there is friendly and well trained.

The food is gourmet and the beverages of the highest quality.  The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained.
We will be back!

Our Stay at the Moon Palace

On April 4 our vacation tour company routed us to the Moon Palace Cancun as a result of problem with our air carrier.

Or short stay with at the Moon Palace was excellent from the Easter greeting from the Easter Bunny at registration, the clean rooms, housekeeping and bell hop service and the fine dining experiences.

Amenities of note which we really liked about the Moon Palace include the large jetted tub in the room, stocked bar fridge, turning down the bed at night, friendly staff, internet café, the infinity pool, and the walking trails.

In our future trips the Palace chain will definitely be on our planning radar.

Moon Palace Stay

Thank you to the Moon Palace for a wonderful MeetDifferent experience.    My apologies for the delay in my testimonial.      Even though the check-in experience took an hour, the overall experience was unforgettable!     Your impeccable service is extraordinary!       My boyfriend and I enjoyed dining at the Mexican buffet restaurant every day for breakfast.    We had the opportunity to have the most incredible server, Bernardo.    He made the dining experience so much more fun and worthwhile.     Bernardo was very personable and amicable thus we enjoyed his conversation.    We talked about my little “bambino” and his little one as well.      He made our trip the best.      I have attached a picture if you would be so kind to share this with him.      

My boyfriend and I will have to come back there and hope Bernardo is still there.

Just like heaven

Our vacation at the Playacar Palace was incredible! The resort was beautiful, the food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. What a beautiful resort. We hope to return again and again.

We had the best time during our recent stay at the Cancun Palace. Everything in the room was perfect, like the jacuzzi and the ocean/pool view from the 12th floor! We totally enjoyed all of the restaurants, like Myoko and the chefs at the grill; the piano player at Leonardo's; and the staff persons were the best. They just always had the biggest smiles on their faces and could not do enough to please and accomodate you! What a pleasure! The stores you have in the Cancun Palace were full of goodies and such a treat to go through. The Theater also offered several different shows on a nighty basis, of which we saw the Michael Jackson show. That was just amazing. Every body in your staff was just the best! We also thoroughly enjoyed the several tours that we took-Jungle Tour; Zipline and horseback riding; and Tulum. What fun! Our bilingual tour guides were also funny, full of energy and just the best-we totally enjoyed each one as they personally made it their priority to know each person and speak with us individually and know our name and where we were from. March Trip

Thank you Moon Palace! My 17 year old daughter and I traveled to Moon Palace for her high school senior trip. It was our first time in Cancun. We had a WONDERFUL time! We are already planning on when we can return to Moon Palace for another vacation!
Special thanks to all our new "Moon Palace friends" that made our visit the most AMAZING of all! Eduardo, Eric and Charlie (Entertainment) , Edith, Carmen (Housekeeping), Hermanlindo our poolside friend who always took care of us and made sure that we had everything that we needed all day long!....We hope to see you all again someday soon!

Adventura Spa

We just returned from an amazing week at this resort. The one think that would have made it perfect was if the resorts used Island Oasis drink mixes. We love to cruise and this time was our first all inclusive vacation with friends. We loved loved loved the attention and anything we needed was taken care of.

Our week at Aventura Spa Palace

My husband and I had a fantastic week at the Aventura Spa Palace. The service from all staff members was impeccable. We were treated well by each and every employee that we interacted with. The food was incredible. The only thing we wish we could have had was "cheap" Mexican food. The food at the Hacienda was too gourmet. We were looking for fresh tortillas with pulled pork, chicken or beef and assorted toppings. Other then that, everything was great and we would love to come back again.

Love the Palace!

We have been to Aventura, Playacar, Moon Palace, and Le Blanc. We have always had a wonderful time. Not only is the facility beautiful and comfortable, but the people who work there are fantastic. They are always friendly, helpful and charming. I love to practice speaking Maya with them.

OUR STAY AT PLAYACAR PALACE

WE WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT OUR STAY AT THE PALACE WAS THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD. WE DON`T KNOW WERE TO START. EVERYTHING FROM THE STAFF TO THE FOOD WAS GREAT. WE COULD GO ON AND ON. EVERYTHING WAS SO CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL. WE LOVED THE CHOICES OF FOOD THE BEAUTY OF THE RESORT THE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. THE TRIPS ON THE PALACE PASSPORT. WE MET NEW FRIENDS INCLUDING STAFF AND GUESTS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMEND THE PALACE RESORTS TO OUR FRIENDS.
