WHO: As a token of appreciation to the travel agent community, Palace Resorts extends its Travel Agent Commission Program through 2004.

WHAT: The Travel Agent Commission Programencourages travel agents to book as many reservations as possible; the more bookings, the more money they earn. The Program applies to bookings of at least three nights at any Palace Resort property in Cancun and the Riviera Maya in Mexico; and at the new Grand Beach Palace in St. Thomas, USVI:

•  For each stay of three nights or longer, travel agents receive a $50 bonus commission per room.

•  For every 10th room reserved , travel agents receive an additional $250 bonus commission. Thus, the more bookings the more bonus commission earned.

WHEN: Program valid from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004.

HOW: Reservations can be made through a wholesaler, GDS (use VE code) or by calling 1-800-635-1836.

HOW TO CLAIM THE BONUS COMMISSION? Travel agents must request a Claim Form from Palace Resorts by calling
1-800-635-1836, ext. 6060. Once the form is filled out it should be sent via fax to 305-416-6576.

RESTRICTIONS: Groups of up to 25 rooms qualify for this promotion. Any additional rooms within the same group booking cannot be claimed. Travel agent, FAM rates, Interline, or discounted rates do not qualify. Only all-inclusive bookings qualify at Grand Beach Palace. Other restrictions apply.
