A warm sunset, palm trees, tikki torches, thatched roof huts and the mystery of the jungle all await you at our Caribbean island paradise. This tropical decor would be the perfect backdrop for your convention sessions.

On this Island Paradise, conventioneers will truly feel surrounded by nature even while being inside a convention hall. As guests venture towards their meeting session, they will be transported to a Caribbean Village by entering through a colorful archway or a dark jungle cave.

Once inside the hall, guests will enjoy a lush “outdoor” setting with wooden thatched roof huts, plants and palm trees. Screen frames built with real bamboo, lots of decorative foliage and natural elements of the Caribbean will give the hall’s stage a tropical flair.

Tables will be decorated with brightly colored tablecloths in red, yellow, green and orange with papier-mâché parrots and natural flowers as centerpieces.  

A volcano with simulated fire on its crater and a painted sunset mural, as a backdrop will add drama and scenic power to the whole set up.  Totems, torches, colorful masks and candles surrounding the hall will leave guests feeling completely submerged in the warmth of the islands.

This lively Caribbean atmosphere will be an instant mood builder for your guests!

As your guests enter through a huge coral archway or a tunnel flanked by anchors and boat props, immediately they will descend to the depths of the mystic ocean floor without even getting wet.

Guests will experience beautiful marine animals, balloons posing as air bubbles and sheer fabrics in turquoise and blue imitating the waves of the sea.

This alluring sea world will also include an amazing backdrop with a beautiful, serene reef and the hull of an old sunken galleon with its high sails surrounded by coral making a stage that is truly original.

Giant reef sculptures adorned with ocean creatures, such as dolphins or sea horses and colorful corals are placed in strategic areas of the celebration. These important decor points will leave guests with the sensation of total submersion in the warm Caribbean waters.

Mayan Night
Allow yourself to be taken back through the centuries to the mystical and idyllic world of the Mayans. Surrounded by a mysterious jungle, the Mayan people built a civilization that is admired and respected by many to this day.

Masks, arches, pyramids, figurines and a jade-eyed jaguar are all perfect elements reminiscent of the Mayan land, a place of positive energy and light for all who visit it.

The Mayan people and the beautiful cities they created are truly an endless source of inspiration. Through our Mayan celebration, your guests will experience the same natural beauty, elegance and mystery that surrounded this ancient culture.  

From multi-level staging, to realistic backdrops featuring a sunset or moving clouds to the natural elements of the jungle, there are a variety of decorating options to choose from that will make your guests feel as if they are dining at an actual archaeological site.

We can even give your event a personal welcome touch by recreating your company’s logo in stone blocks or on top of a Mayan-inspired archway that will appear at the entrance of the ballroom. This amazing decor element will leave your guests with lasting memories.
