Hello Maureen, I just want to take a minute to let you know how our trip went to Cancun (Moon Palace). All went very well with all arrangements and to my knowledge there were no miss quos.The entire Turtle Top Team had a great time, the “Moon Palace” service, staff and facility alike were all second to none. I would highly recommend this location to anyone heading to that part of the country for leisure or business reasons. Thanks for all you did to make it all go smoothly!! I just wanted to send you an email that I received from the Vice President at Turtle Top (see email below). He went on the trip and was one of the people who extended their vacation so he was there 7-nights.
This is just another reason we love the Palace Resorts. You are fist class and always do a wonderful job. After recently attending a conference that was being held at the Palace, I wanted to extend my gratitude for the professionalism and above-and-beyond attention to detail that I received from you and your staff at the resort.

You and the staff at Moon Palace have consistently provided our groups with stellar service. Our guests are always complimentary of the resort and especially the staff.
